Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products, only products that haven't been opened and are sealed in their original packaging may be returned for a refund, within 30 days of your delivery date. For eligible returns, postage for the return parcel is the responsibility of the customer and we are unable to issue pre-paid postage labels at this time. We cannot guarantee a full refund for parcels that are refused or returned to sender.

Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable and are not refunded in the event of the return of a product. If items are shipped outside of the US, Canada, or Puerto Rico, items will not be eligible for a return regardless if they are unused and sealed and within 30 days of your delivery date.
